How are the families referred to VoRTCS?
Referrals to the VoRTCS Refugee Tutoring Program come from a variety of sources.  Most families are referred to VoRTCS by other organisations that work with refugees.  The referral can come from teachers, counsellors, case workers etc.

Other families are referred to VoRTCS by community or church groups, refugee associations or friends.

In addition, some families refer themselves to the Refugee Tutoring program.
